My toe touches are terrible, how can I make them higher and better looking?
Just keep doing them over and over. If you want to gain flexibility do a lot of straddle stretching and hip openers like butterfly. We do something on my team called hip flexers where you sit in straddle and lift your leg a couple inches off the ground while keeping your back straight and repeat on each side ten times. Doing them on a trampoline also helps me with form.

I feel like a lot of people/kids look up to cheerleaders especially ones from well known gyms like cheer athletics. I also feel like parents/guardians are very important in helping support their children in the sport (driving them, money etc) so I don’t get how these proud fans can watch and not wonder why people call their kids/role models babs? Wtf is calling yourselves bad ass bitches helping? You aren’t acting like a professional athlete. Thats what makes this sport look bad.
